Charming Federation Style ...
I love home decorating and so when A.Eve mentioned about rearranging the furnitures as most of the things in the living room reminds her of her late husband, i offered to give her a hand.
I was meant to take the 'before' photos but soon after the guys who delivered the lounge left, I started moving the furnitures. I got so carried away that I've forgotten all about it.

Some things about Barney:
- Barney is my aunt's first and only fam pet.
- He was 3 weeks old when they brought him home from petshop 4 years ago.
- Been to the VET once when he broke his leg.
- First time he's featured in this page was here .
- He likes to lay down by the pool under the swing.
- Got his own 'toilet' in the backyard. (Imagine how healthy the grass n that part of the lawn is.)
- Being a wabbit, Barney is also a great escaper. Done it many times but managed to come back. (unlike my baby clio )
- Speaking of Clio, once they were playing on the floaties .. then all of d sudden Barney jumped on her! ay the horror! the horror! They were only a couple of months old then.
- He has 2 monkey stuffed toys which are bigger than him .... he jumped on them too !! ha-ha ... tsk! tsk!
- His meal consists of Dr. Harry's premium rabbit pellets, an apple, grapes and of course a carrot. Yup he's a big eater.
- He likes to chew things. Whenever he gets inside the house, he chew just about anything that goes his way. And my sandals were no exemption.

Thats Barney. He is such an adoorable bunny but he also can get mischievous at times
PS:
Planning to go to the Easter Show this weekend. It's a whole day event, huge crowd. Might be staying until late in the evening for the fireworks. Altho im more cautious now when going out with my camera, i still feel that illogical fear. But im going to brave myself again to overcome the phobia. Just incase this page will not be updated, its either im busy with things or i lost yet another new camera. yikes !! Anyways ......
Have a lovely Easter !!

The Finale

This will be the end of my Taronga Zoo series. I still got more photos in my files but i cant be bothered editing them anymore ...ive had enough. It was fun doing it tho. All the animals were fantastic. If I were to choose for my fave shots, they are as followz ...
-The Zebra, i just simply love those cute butts.
-The Peacock in Notting Hill, coz of that look. I dont know but there's something in its eye that captivates me.
-The Tortoise in Arthur, i like it for its composition/framing or woteva it's called.
-The Tiger, coz it turned out OK even tho the shot was taken through a glass panel and the distance to the subject was fairly far. Also note that only a tiiny bit of cropping done on this one.
Should there be any awards for best acting, my vote would definitely go to the Giraffe for it's very convincing performance in M*A*S*H.
This series' done purely for fun and I sincerely hope that i have not offended anyone in anyways. I also do hope that none of the production companies featured in this series file charges agaisnt me for using their materials. hehe
Anyways, thanks for coming and hope you enjoyed the show .. alright, enough of this yada-yada have to end now. But oh! Before i finally roll down the curtain, let me leave you with this line ... erhem ...
There's no business like monkey business like zoo business i know ... lolz

Gone With The Wind (1939) is often considered the most beloved, enduring and popular film of all time. Sidney Howard's script was derived from Margaret Mitchell's first and only published, best-selling Civil War and Reconstruction Period novel of 1,037 pages that first appeared in 1936, but was mostly written in the late 1920s. Producer David O. Selznick had acquired the film rights to Mitchell's novel in July, 1936 for $50,000 - a record amount at the time to an unknown author for her first novel, causing some to label the film "Selznick's Folly." At the time of the film's release, the fictional book had surpassed 1.5 million copies sold. More records were set when the film was first aired on television in two parts in late 1976, and controversy arose when it was restored and released theatrically in 1998.
The famous film, shot in three-strip Technicolor, is cinema's greatest, star-studded, historical epic film of the Old South during wartime that boasts an immortal cast in a timeless, classic tale of a love-hate romance. The indomitable heroine, Scarlett O'Hara, struggles to find love during the chaotic Civil War years and afterwards, and ultimately must seek refuge for herself and her family back at the beloved plantation Tara. There, she takes charge, defends it against Union soldiers, carpetbaggers, and starvation itself. She finally marries her worldly admirer Rhett Butler, but her apathy toward him in their marriage dooms their battling relationship, and she again returns to Tara to find consolation - indomitable.
